Tubi has released a poster and trailer for director Elliott Lester’s western thriller The Thicket.
Based on Joe R. Lansdale’s novel of the same name, the film stars Peter Dinklage as a bounty hunter who is hired to take on the perilous task of tracking down the brutal killer Cutthroat Bill (Juliette Lewis) in the deadly no-man’s-land known as The Thicket with the help of an unlikely band of heroes. When fierce bounty hunter Reginald Jones (Peter Dinklage) is recruited by a desperate man to track down a ruthless killer known only as Cutthroat Bill (Juliette Lewis), he rallies a band of unlikely heroes including a grave-digging ex-slave and a street-smart woman-for-hire. Together they embark on a perilous quest to track down Cutthroat Bill that leads them into the deadly “no-man’s-land” known as…The Thicket.
Joining Peter Dinklage and Juliette Lewis in the cast are Esmé Creed-Miles, Levon Hawke, Macon Blair, Andrew Schulz, James Hetfield, David Midthunder, Arliss Howard, Leslie Grace, and Gbenga Akinnagbe.
The Thicket arrives in cinemas on September 6th.
