According to TVLine, Charlotte Ross (NYPD Blue), who plays Felicity Smoak’s mother Donna on Arrow, will make her triumphant return. Ross made her debut in the fifth episode of the season, “The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak,” and will return for week eighteen.
The details of Ross’ role this time around are being kept under wraps, so we’ll just have to keep an eye out for more information as it becomes available.
Arrow will return from its winter hiatus next week on Wednesday, January 21st on the CW.
