Comic Book Review – Reyn #4

April 22, 2015 by Andrew Newton

Originally published April 22, 2015. Updated April 14, 2018.

Andrew Newton reviews Reyn #4…

Reyn and Seph infiltrate the Venn stronghold hidden in the Rift.

Last issue saw Reyn and his small party stumble across a Venn stronghold hidden deep within the Rift.  This issue sees the group venture inside the stronghold and come across some very unexpected things.

The adventure is getting more intense as we get closer to finding out who the Venn actually are and where they came from. We also get more insight into who it is that Reyn keeps talking to.

The series is on issue 4 now and the quality of the story by Kel Symons just continues to get more exciting and more gripping with every passing issue.  It’s a series I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading from cover to cover.  The quality of the artwork by Nate Stockman is as good as it has been since issue 1.

This issue is one of the best yet despite it creating even more questions than it does answers.  As always with this series, I’m looking forward to next issue.  Enjoy.
