Last week it was announced that Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Watchmen) has secured the role of the villainous Negan in AMC’s The Walking Dead, and now the actor has spoken briefly about his casting during an appearance on The Chew (via Comic Book).
“You may see me this season and then next year you’ll see me, as well,” states Morgan. “If you’re familiar with the comic books, it’s a role of a guy named Negan who sort of just kicks everybody’s ass. I’m looking forward to it. It’s gonna be fun.”
It may also be tough to watch once Negan starts swinging Lucille…
