Lyndsy Fonseca to return for Agent Carter season 2’s Dancing with the Stars crossover

December 26, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Having been absent from the official cast list of Agent Carter season 2, Entertainment Weekly has revealed that Lyndsy Fonseca will reprise the role of Angie Martinelli in the second season of the Marvel show, albeit as part of a musical song-and-dance dream sequence that will cross over with the U.S. TV series Dancing with the Stars.

“Episode 8 ends with a cliffhanger where Peggy and Jarvis [James D’Arcy] get in big trouble and are knocked out,” states Agent Carter executive producer Michele Fazekas. “Episode 9 begins with a dream sequence that starts in black and white.”

Following the black and white sequence, everything then turns into color for “a full-on Broadway musical dance number” which has been choreographed by Louis van Amstel (Dancing with the Stars) and features an original song from lyricist David Zippel and composer Christopher Lennertz, as well as appearances from a host of pros from Dancing with the Stars.
