Thanks to IGN, we’ve got a look at the second chapter of Fox’s Gotham motion comic Gotham Stories, entitled ‘Mr. Freeze Targets Penguin’, which as you can probably guess sees the city’s newest villain targeting Oswald Cobblepot and his goons; check it out here…
