Legendary Comics is set to release a new four-issue Pacific Rim miniseries entitled Pacific Rim: Tales From the Drift, which will be based on a story from screenwriter Travis Beacham, with Joshua Hale Fialkov (The Bunker) writing and Marcos Marz (Batman Confidential) providing the artwork.
Here’s the official synopsis:
Following the best-selling graphic novel Pacific Rim: Tales from Year Zero, Legendary takes you back to the frontlines of a larger-than-life battleground with Pacific Rim: Tales From the Drift, the official new comic series presented by director Guillermo del Toro and Pacific Rim screenwriter Travis Beacham.
Pacific Rim 2 is currently in development for release in April 2017, while an animated series is also in the works.
Pacific Rim: Tales From the Drift will get underway in November.
