Ryan Reynolds on whether we’ll see Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine in Deadpool

May 26, 2015 by Gary Collinson

We know that Hugh Jackman is set to don the claws for one last time in 2017’s third Wolverine movie, but as yet we’ve not heard whether he’ll be portraying the fan favourite mutant in Fox’s trio of 2016 releases: X-Men: Apocalypse, Deadpool and Gambit.

Well, during a chat with News.com.au, the Merc with a Mouth himself Ryan Reynolds was asked whether we might see Jackman in February’s Deadpool movie, responding that:

“God, I hope so. That would be really nice. I dunno, we’ll see. It seems like he’s open to it, but it’s gonna be more of a scheduling issue than anything else.”
