Bandai Namco Entertainment announces God Eater 3

October 7, 2017 by Andrew Newton

Bandai Namco Entertainment America have announced that they will be bringing the latest in the popular monster-slaying action RPG series, God Eater 3, to North American gamers on console.  This latest in the franchise sees a completely different Earth and the ability to team up with other God Eaters equipped with the latest God Arc Weapons.  A new trailer has been released which you can watch below…

In God Eater 3 the Earth has changed beyond all recognition thanks to the terrifying beasts known as The Aragami.  These monstrous creatures live only to consume whatever they come into contact with and what they can’t eat they destroy, as a result a path of destruction and misery lies in their wake.  Fortunately, players will take the role of an elite hero known as a God Eater, these heroes have the ability to wield powerful weapons called God Arcs and are the only weapon able to kill these destructive creatures.  As well as The Aragami, the God Eaters also face a new threat, one that can possibly see great changes to the God Eaters themselves.

Earth no longer resembles the home we know of now. The Aragami, terrifying beasts that live only to consume, are carving a path of destruction and misery wherever they are encountered. To combat this threat an elite group of heroes known as GOD EATERS are called upon to save humanity. GOD EATERS are individuals who have been bestowed upon them the ability to wield powerful new God Arcs, special weapons powered by Oracle Cells and the only known weapons capable of destroying the monstrous Aragami. However, another mission is coming into focus; something is happening to the God Eaters and the line between light and dark has never been so thin. It’s time to start breaking free from the cursed shackles that bind the souls of the God Eaters as the battle rages on around them.

Look out for more news for God Eater 3 coming soon.
