Final Fantasy Dimensions II arrives on Android and iOS

November 1, 2017 by Andrew Newton

Final Fantasy fans will be able to enjoy their favourite franchise on the go as Square Enix announce the release of Final Fantasy Dimensions II onto Android and iOS devices.  A launch trailer for this exciting new adventure can be seen below…

In Final Fantasy Dimensions II players follow the adventures of heroes Morrow and Aemo as they set out on a journey across the past, present and future in a bid to save their world.  On their journey our heroes will make new allies, meet a diverse range of characters and summon different creatures from the whole of the Final Fantasy timeline.

To help players on this quest a set of crystals known as Signet Stones can be collected that will provide access to new abilities and skills.  Many of these stones have the power of the Eidolons and it is these that can be used to summon the many beasts.  There are over 300 Signet Stones that players can collect and evolve allowing heroes to be customised with a variety of different magics and abilities.

After completing the main game a unique Archive Mode will unlock which gives players access to art, illustrations and the ability to sample the soundtrack created by FFXI composer Naoshi Mizuta.

Final Fantasy Dimensions II is available now on Google Play and the App Store.
