StudioCanal has released a UK poster for The Big Bad Fox and Other Tales, a new animated adventure from the creators of the Oscar-nominated Ernest and Celestine.
Meanwhile, the film’s British voice cast has also been announced, and features Bill Bailey as Duck, Adrian Edmondson as Rabbit, Justin Edwards as Pig, Matthew Goode as Wolf, Celia Imrie as Chicken, Phill Jupitus as Dog and Giles New as Fox.
Described as “a heart-warming portrayal of the pitfalls of family life”, the film sees a lazy stork leaving the delivery of a baby in the care of a rabbit, a pig and a duck. A big, bad fox tries to live up to his reputation whilst he unwittingly adopts three confused baby chicks and in the film’s final tale, the animals embark on a hair brained scheme to replace Father Christmas.
The Big Bad Fox and Other Tales opens in the UK on August 3rd.
