THR is reporting that Ben Kingsley is heading back to the small screen to lead cable network Epix’s ten-episode modern noir drama Our Lady, LTD, where he will star alongside Jimmi Simpson (Westworld).
The series has been created by Patriot’s Steve Conrad and Bruce Terris, who will executive produce, and “revolves around a young grifter named James (Simpson) as he attempts to prey upon Pastor Byron Brown (Kingsley), who turns out to be far more dangerous than James suspects.”
Our Lady, LTD is scheduled to begin production in the fall ahead of a 2019 premiere.
Kingsley’s past TV credits include Tut, Mrs. Harris and Anne Frank. He can currently be seen on the big screen in Operation Finale, where he plays the notorious S.S. officer Adolf Eichmann opposite Oscar Isaac.
