The Arrowverse’s Lois Lane gets a character casting breakdown

August 31, 2018 by Gary Collinson

Last week it was announced that Tyler Hoechlin will be reprising his role as Superman for this year’s Arrowverse crossover between Arrow, The Flash and Supergirl, with the Man of Steel set to be joined by DC’s iconic Daily Planet reporter Lois Lane.

As yet, there’s been no word on casting, but That Hashtag Show claims to have got its hands on a character breakdown for the Arrowverse incarnation of Lois, where she is described as follows:

“The daughter of US General Sam Lane, Lois is a tenacious, righteous and stubborn reporter who will go to any length to get the story and almost never fails.”

The producers are reportedly looking to cast a Caucasian woman in her early thirties, with the character set to appear in both The Flash and Supergirl instalments of the crossover.

In addition to Lois Lane, the crossover will see the introduction of Kate Kane / Batwoman, played by Ruby Rose.
