Three deadly new dinos arrive in Jurassic World Evolution

April 17, 2019 by Andrew Newton

It’s time to add some new deadly dinosaurs to your park as Frontier Developments announce the release of the new Carnivore Dinosaur Pack for Jurassic World Evolution.  This premium pack consists of three new meat eating dinos to add more variety to parks.  You can see these dinosaurs in action in the new trailer below….

The three new carnivores added in this DLC pack include:

  • Herrerasaurus – This dino is a well adapted carnivore has a narrow skull and serrated teeth for tearing deep into flesh and can pin down its prey with a powerful grip thanks to an unusually flexible joint in its lower jaw.
  • Proceratosaurus – This small statured, two-legged dinosaur from the middle Jurassic period is an ancestor of the Tyrannosaurus Rex.
  • Acrocanthosaurus – A large and muscular dinosaur from the Cretaceous period.  Due to its skull and inner-ear it would have had an unusual posture and maintained balance when running by lowering its head.

Released alongside this DLC is a free game update that will introduce the new ‘Capture Mode’.  With this mode, players will be able to control the camera and deactivate the HUD to take great screenshots of their dinosaurs.

Unleash three new carnivorous dinosaurs into your park and witness the chaos they create. These menacing predators will challenge any park manager. Don’t underestimate them, the success of your park is at stake
