The Mandalorian joins Hot Toys’ Star Wars Masterpiece Series

October 4, 2019 by Amie Cranswick

In celebration of Force Friday, Sideshow has unveiled Hot Toys’ Television Masterpiece Series The Mandalorian 1:6 scale figure which is based on the appearance of Pedro Pascal’s bounty hunter in the upcoming Star Wars TV show. The collectible is available to pre-order now, priced at $243.00; check out the official promo images here…

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.

The highly-accurate collectible figure features a meticulously crafted helmet and armor pieces, a finely tailored outfit, beautifully applied weathering effects, a blaster rifle, a blaster pistol, with accessories to set up a diorama base including a battle-damaged Stormtrooper helmet, a flag, spears, and desert-themed figure base.

The Mandalorian sees Pedro Pascal (Game of Thrones) leading a cast that includes Gina Carano (Deadpool), Carl Weathers (Rocky), Nick Nolte (Afflication), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Omid Abtahi (American Gods), Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok), Ming-Na Wen (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Natalie Tena (Game of Thrones), Bill Burr (F Is for Family), Mark Boone Junior (Batman Begins), Julia Jones (Westworld) and Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man). It is set to premiere on Disney+ on November 12th 2019.
