Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 3 is now available and brings with it a tidal wave of new features including new enemies and sharks, plus there’s a brand new Battle Pass that will give players the opportunity to get the avatar of Jason Momoa’s Aquaman in both his armour and his muscular beach look. In the wake of the storm parts of the island have now flooded giving players the chance to explore this new landscape and discover the new challenges that await. There’s a deadly new threat dropping down onto the island as Marauders crash into the island intent on good wholesome slaughter. Don’t think the water is any safer as sharks have found the taste of human flesh to be more to their liking and now patrol the waters of the island. Although very deadly, these ever-hungry beasts of the briny blue make for fun transportation. Just latch onto one with a Fishing Rod and ride and jump across the waters.
As time goes on the water level will drop and reveal even more locations and as the roadways open up there will be new ways to get around the island.
The new Battle Pass will provide new challenges to players that will allow them to create their very own umbrella. Complete the challenges to be able to customise every part of the brolly but choose wisely as every selection is permanent.
Also with the Battle Pass comes new group of drifters arrive at the island providing players with new outfits, including the Celestial Siona, Eternal Knight and more, plus there’s new variations such as scuba suits and space suits.
The Battle Pass is available to purchase now and Momoa’s Aquaman avatar will be available for those who complete all the Aquaman-related challenges.
