Ubisoft has teamed with Dark Horse Comics for a prequel to its upcoming video game Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, with writer Cavan Scott (Star Wars Adventures, Vikings) and artist Martin Tunica taking us back to 9th century Norway for the three-issue Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Song of Glory.
Eivor, a Viking warrior, observes a village raided by a neighboring kingdom. Bloodshed and mayhem erupt as she seizes the attack in her own favor—but will her victory be a blessing to her clan or a terrible curse? Elsewhere, another Viking searches for a different kind of prize, one of crucible steel…
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Song of Glory #1 will go on sale on October 21st 2020, while the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla video game is set for release on November 17th.
