UK trailer for dark home invasion comedy How to Deter a Robber

Blue Finch Film Releasing has shared a UK trailer, poster and images for writer-director Maria Bissell’s dark home invasion comedy How to Deter a Robber which follows a stubborn young woman and her naïve boyfriend as they face off against a pair of amateur burglars; check them out below…

During Christmas in a desolate Northern Wisconsin town, a stubborn young woman and her naïve boyfriend get more than they bargained for when they walk into the wrong cabin. They’re soon forced to face off against a pair of amateur house burglars and protect themselves with Home Alone-style booby traps in this darkly comedic romp.

The film stars Vanessa Marano, Benjamin Papac, Abbie Cobb, Sonny Valicenti, Jonah Ray, Gabrielle Carteris, and Chris Mulkey.

How to Deter a Robber is released in the UK on August 2nd.
