Taking to Twitter, the official You page has released an image of a bloody clapperboard which confirms that filming has officially begun on a new batch of episodes with at least one episode being helmed by director John Scott – who has previously directed three episodes over the series. The caption on the post reads: “Feeling YOU-4-ic. YOU Season 4 is now in production.”

Instead of taking place in New York and Los Angeles like the previous seasons, the latest episodes of the Netflix thriller series will see Joe Goldberg, played by Penn Badgley, moving to Paris following the events of the third season.

In addition to a new location outside of the United States, the streaming service has also confirmed that Euphoria star Lukas Gage is set to join the cast for season four. Gage will play the role of Adam, the son of a wealthy businessman in France’s capital city. There is currently no additional casting details or a release date for You season four at the time of writing this.
