Doctor Who 60th anniversary trailer teases return of David Tennant and Catherine Tate, debut of Ncuti Gatwa

December 26, 2022 by Gary Collinson

Doctor Who was absent from the holiday schedule this year, but the BBC did have one Christmas treat in store for fans yesterday with the release of a teaser trailer for the upcoming Doctor Who 60th anniversary specials.

The trailer sees the return of David Tennant in his new Fourteenth Doctor incarnation, along with former companion Donna Noble (Catherine Tate), as well as teasing the introduction of Ncuti Gatwa as the Fifteenth Doctor, Yasmin Finney as Rose, and Neil Patrick Harris as his as-yet-unrevealed villain.
