Everything Everywhere All at Once cleans up at the 2023 Film Independent Spirit Awards

The BAFTAs may not have shown much love to Everything Everywhere All at Once, but that wasn’t the case at last night’s Film Independent Spirit Awards where the film cleaned up with seven wins in total, seemingly cementing its place as front-runner heading into the Academy Awards.

The A24-released EEAOA took home the top prize, Best Feature, along with Best Director (Daniels), Best Lead Performance (Michelle Yeoh), Best Supporting Performance (Ke Huy Quan), Best Breakthrough Performance (Stephanie Hsu), Best Screenplay (Daniels) and Best Editing.
