Evil pulls the strings in trailer for Shudder horror The Puppetman

September 16, 2023 by Amie Cranswick

Ahead of its premiere on Shudder next month, a poster and trailer have arrived online for the upcoming supernatural horror The Puppetman.

Directed by Brandon Christensen (Superhost, Still/Born) and starring Michael Paré, Caryn Richman, and Alyson Gorske, the film follows Michal, the daughter of a convicted killer, who sets out to prove his claims that a malevolent force was controlling his body to commit murder when the people around her begin turning up brutally murdered. Watch the trailer below…

“The Puppetman, a convicted killer on death row always maintained his innocence and that it was an evil force controlling his body as he slaughtered his victims. Now Michal, the killer’s daughter, begins to suspect that there may be some truth to her fathers claim when those around her begin to die in brutal ways. She must try and break the curse of The Puppetman before all her loved ones are killed.”

The Puppetman arrives on Shudder on October 13th.
