Baz Luhrmann reimagines Australia with Faraway Downs trailer

Hulu has released a trailer for Faraway Downs, the reimagining of Baz Luhrmann’s Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman-led 2008 adventure drama Australia, which sees the film serialized into six episodes using unused footage from the feature, adding different layers and alternative plot twists; watch it below…

Faraway Downs is the reimagining of the film Australia told in 6 parts centering on an English aristocrat (Nicole Kidman) and a rough-hewn cattle drover (Hugh Jackman) who join forces to protect the million-acre cattle ranch of her late husband. 

Faraway Downs premieres on Hulu on November 26th.
