November 28, 2023 by Matt Rodgers

Ketchup Entertainment has released the trailer for Michel Franco’s Memory, a heartbreaking tale of two lonely, battered souls searching for love, which stars Academy Award winner Jessica Chastain and Peter Sarsgaard.

As well as the “tender performances” given by Chastain and Sarsgaard (read our review here), Memory also features Brooke Timber (Russian Doll), Merritt Wever (Unbelievable), Josh Charles (The Good Wife), Jackson Dorfmann (Special Ops: Lioness), Elsie Fisher (Eighth Grade), and Jessica Harper (Bones and All). Check out the trailer below…

Memory follows Sylvia (Jessica Chastain) a social worker who leads a simple and structured life until Saul (Peter Sarsgaard) follows her home from their high school reunion. Their surprise encounter will profoundly impact both of them as they open the door to the memories, challenges, and revelations that will leave a lasting impact.

Memory will be released in select theatres on December 22nd, before expanding nationwide on January 5th, 2024.
