Elisha Cuthbert joins Goon 2 with Sean William Scott

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that actress Elisha Cuthbert has joined the cast of Goon: Last of the Enforcers, the sequel to the 2011 comedy starring Sean William-Scott.

William-Scott reprises his role in the sequel, as does Jay Baruchel (This Is The End), Liev Schreiber (Ray Donovan) and Alison Pill (The Newsroom) who all also return. Baruchel, who co-wrote the first film with Evan Goldberg, again co-writes the sequel, as well as directing.

Cuthbert, best known for her work on 24, The Girl Next Door and the recently-cancelled One Big Happy, will play the sister of Pill’s character. Scott will again play Doug “The Thug” Glatt with his team, the Halifax Highlanders, reunited with new players join the ranks.
