July 2, 2018 by Amie Cranswick

TNT has debuted the first trailer for Patty Jenkins’ I Am the Night. Based on Fauna Hodel’s autobiography One Day She’ll Darken: The Mysterious Beginnings of Fauna Hodel, the limited series reunites Jenkins with her Wonder Woman stars Chris Pine and Connie Nielsen; watch it here…

From executive producer Patty Jenkins (Wonder Woman), I Am the Night tells the incredible story of Fauna Hodel (India Eisley) who was given away at birth. As Fauna begins to investigate the secrets to her past, she follows a sinister trail that swirls ever closer to an infamous Hollywood gynecologist, Dr. George Hodel (Jefferson Mays), a man involved in the darkest Hollywood debauchery. Chris Pine plays Jay Singletary, a former Marine-turned-hack-reporter/paparazzo.

I Am the Night is set to premiere January 2019. Joining Pine and Nielsen in the cast of the series are India Eisley (Underworld Awakening) as Fauna Hodel and Jefferson Mays (Law & Order: SVU) as George Hodel, along with Yul Vazquez (Last Flag Flying), Justin Cornwell (Training Day), Dylan Smith (Maze Runner: The Death Cure), Jay Paulson (Mad Men) and Golden Brooks (Girlfriends).
