Fall of Light: Darkest Edition announced for consoles

July 12, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Digerati have announced that they will be bringing their atmospheric action RPG Fall of Light: Darkest Edition to the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch later this summer.  A limited edition physical edition will also be available for the Playstation 4.  The console edition will feature all the content from the original game and also a new dungeon and enemies.  Digerati have released a new trailer which you can watch below.

Fall of Light: Darkest Edition takes players to a world consumed by darkness to take the role of an old warrior known as Nyx.  As Nyx players will set out on a quest to take his daughter, Aether, to the last place in the world still touched by sunlight.

The game features:

  • 20 different battle stances: get ready to face hordes of shadowy enemies!
  • 10 weapon classes: pick your favorite combo of close-range weapons, crossbows, and shields
  • All-new dungeon: complete with new enemies and dangers, exclusive to the Darkest Edition
  • Protect Aether: her light pierces the darkness and you are stronger together, so keep her safe!
  • Unlock hidden secrets: learn more about the history and lore of Nyx’s world
  • Platinum Trophy and 1000G Achievements available respectively for PS4 and Xbox One versions

The release date for Fall of Light: Darkest Edition will be announced at a later date.
