God of mischief to have his fun in Mordheim: Warband Skirmish on Monday

March 29, 2019 by Andrew Newton

April Fool’s Day is a day for trickery and pranks, it’s a day where we can fool someone and all have a jolly good laugh at their expense, but our world is not the only one where pranksters are at work as the Warhammer World of Mordheim: Warband Skirmish will also be experiencing an out of this world jape.

Developer Legendary Games will be celebrating the 2nd anniversary of Mordheim: Warband Skirmish with a special update to honour the Warhammer god Ranald.  In the Warhammer universe Ranald is the human god of luck, fortune and mischief and loves nothing more than to play a good trick on people.  This update will see all one handed weapons turned into warfish modelled on that wielded by the religious zealots of Sigmar and all two handed weapons will turn into the more gruesome battle fish.

If you fancy taking your small warband through the ruined streets of the City of Mordheim and clash with other players while only armed with a fish then Monday is the day to do it.

Mordheim: Warband Skirmish is a video game adaptation of Games Workshop’s classic table top game: Mordheim set in the fantasy Warhammer world and is available to download for free from Google Play, Amazon App Store and the App Store.
