Turn based management sim Universal Space Station Inc. coming to PC later this year

April 2, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Excalibur Games and developer Xiotex Studios have unveiled their turn-based economy management sim Universal Space Station Inc. This upcoming management sim is set for release on PC towards the end of this year and will provide an out of this world experience for fans of the genre.  An announcement trailer can be seen below showcasing the gameplay…

In Universal Space Station Inc. the Earth is in chaos, through drastic population growth and catastrophic climate change the world’s supply of food is insufficient.  Taking the role of the captain of the titular Universal Space Station players will be tasked with creating a self-fulfilling orbital structure that is capable of providing both research and sufficient food to send back to Earth.  To succeed in this mission, captains will need to manage the different modules of their space station to ensure there is sufficient  oxygen, water, power and crew facilities.

It’s not all plain sailing in space as captains will need to ride the ups and downs of the financial markets, navigate tense political situations, research and develop new crops and manage the resources.

If you think you have what it takes to save humanity then look out for Universal Space Station Inc. coming to PC later this year.
