New trailer for Oninaki introduces daemon powers

Square Enix and Tokyo RPG Factory have revealed a new trailer for their upcoming action RPG Oninaki.  This latest trailer introduces a special type of Lost Soul known as Daemons, these souls will provide players with special skills and allow them to switch between them. Watch the new trailer below…

Oninaki is an action RPG that will see players take the role of a boy called Kagachi, a young Watcher who is tasked with guiding the souls of the recently deceased into the next world.  When Kagachi meets a mysterious girl who he names Linne, his fate becomes a lot more complicated.

Characters that Kagachi will meet on his adventure, and who we will meet in the trailer, include trusted leader of the watchers, Kushi, the kind hearted Mayura and Night Devil, a malicious swordsman who is hunting Linne.

Uncover the mysteries of life, death and what’s beyond as you move between the Living World and the realm of the dead, known as the Beyond, in the highly anticipated RPG: ONINAKI.

Oninaki arrives on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Steam this summer.
