Aerial combat RPG The Falconeer to arrive on PC in 2020

August 14, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Wired Productions and indie developer Tomas Sala have announced that the fantasy aerial combat RPG, The Falconeer, will arrive on PC in 2020.  The game will be making an appearance at Gamescom this year and a new Gamescom teaser trailer can be seen below.

Set on alien world, The Falconeer will see players explore a beautiful world filled with fascinating locations and take part in aerial combat against a bestiary of fantastic enemies.  Equipped with a range of devastating ranged weaponry, players will perform amazing acrobatic twists and turns as they take out enemies from the various factions that are fighting for control of the secrets that lay hidden at the Great Ursee’s unfathomable depths.

“The moment we saw The Falconeer, Tomas’ passion and dedication stood out and we knew we wanted to bring it to the Wired family,” said Leo Zullo, Managing Director, Wired Productions. “The Falconeer’s stunning art style and ambitious design speak volumes about his individual talent as a developer and we’re delighted to be supporting The Falconeer to market.”

“Building worlds is my passion, creating epic landscapes and hidden stories within… just waiting to be found. I want future Falconeers to fight for the Ursee world I’m creating, to risk everything in breathtaking battles to understand its secrets,” said Tomas Sala, the sole developer of The Falconeer. “I’m delighted to have joined forces with Wired Productions, to have secured the future survival of the Ursee and to join a line-up of stunning games with a publisher who understands my vision.”

The Falconeer will arrive on PC in 2020.
