Devolver Digital and developer Deadtoast have today released the Code Yellow Update for My Friend Pedro on Nintendo Switch and PC. This free update introduces more than a dozen new game modifiers and much requested features. There’s also a 30% discount on both the Nintendo eShop and Steam so players can join in the crazy fun. The changes included with the Code Yellow update include:
- There is now the option of including an in-game timer showing current level time and full run time.
- Players can now hide the HUD if they wish.
- The ability to turn off checkpoints for that extra challenge.
- The addition of 14 unlockable Game Modifiers that can be found throughout the story.
The 14 unlockable game modifiers include All weapons, Infinite Ammo, No Recoil, Player Bullet Speed, Enemy Bullet Speed, One-Shot Enemies, One-Shot Player, Infinite Focus, Focus Speed, Player Speed, Big Heads, Player Size, Cinematic Focus Camera, and Side-On Camera.
The new free update brings fourteen full throttle game modifiers to the slow motion gun ballet along with much requested features like an in-game timer for speedrunners, hidden HUD option, and more.
