State of Emergency update American Fugitive arriving next week

November 21, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Curve Digital and developers Fallen Tree Games have announced they will be releasing a free new update next Monday (25th November) for their top-down open-world sandbox game American Fugitive: State of Emergency.  The new content update will arrive on PC and consoles and crank up the chaos with new destructive weaponry, military vehicles, new challenges and more.  Watch the trailer below for a glimpse of the action coming next week.

This brand new content update will focus on the rising crime levels in Redrock County and sees the US army commandeer the former plastic toys factory as a makeshift base equipped with a range of new military weapons and vehicles. Players will be able to take to the streets in a military-grade Westmoreland tank or 4×4 army jeep and then set out on foot and blast enemies with a bazooka and a minigun.

As well as enjoying the new weaponry and vehicles, players will also be able to take on 10 new challenges, unlock three new achievements/ trophies and a whole new star rating.

Set in 1980s middle-America within a sleepy rural town, American Fugitive invites you to play as Will Riley. By no means a killer, but no angel either, you face life in prison for a crime you didn’t commit. Fueled by grief over the cold-blooded murder of your father, and armed with a burning desire for vengeance you’ll need to break out of jail to find the real culprit. Simply put: It’s payback time.

The new content update arrives ready for action on 25th November.
