A poster and trailer have been unveiled for the upcoming adaptation of Liza Marklund and James Patterson’s bestselling crime novel The Postcard Killings, ahead of its release next month.

Directed by Danis Tanovic, the crime thriller stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan as a New York Detective who travels to London to investigate the death of his daughter and son-in-law, where he discovers similar murders have occurred across Europe and recruits the help of a journalist (Cush Jumbo) to hunt down the killer and seek justice. Also featuring in the cast is X-Men star Famke Janssen.

NY Detective Jacob Kanon’s (Jeffery Dean Morgan) world is destroyed when his daughter and son-in-law are brutally murdered in London.
