Evan Peters says Quicksilver will be searching for his father in X-Men: Apocalypse

November 6, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Following his scene-stealing turn in X-Men: Days of Future Past, Evan Peters is set to return to the X-Men universe next year in what’s thought to be an expanded role in X-Men: Apocalypse, and speaking to Details, the American Horror Story star has given a brief insight into what Quicksilver will be up to.

“The story is that my character is searching for his father and wants to find him. It starts there and then he jumps on the X-Men train and gets sucked up in this whole Apocalypse madness: He tries to stop him from destroying the world.”

So, from the sound of it, Quicksilver will be seeking out Magneto, and will presumably link up with the X-Men once Erik joins up with Apocalypse as one of the Four Horsemen.
