Marvel’s Helstrom gets official logo and premiere date from Hulu

June 27, 2020 by Gary Collinson

Having survived the Great Marvel Television Cull following the TV division of the superhero giant coming under the control of Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige, Hulu has released the official logo for the upcoming series Helstrom, as well as announcing an October premiere date as part of the Huluween line-up.

Announced last year (alongside a Ghost Rider show that was quickly axed) as part of an ‘Adventure into Fear’ push from the now-defunct Marvel Television, Helstrom tells the story of Daimon and Ana Helstrom, the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer, who team up to track down the worst of humanity.

Tom Austen (The Royals) and Sydney Lemmon (Fear The Walking Dead) are leading the cast of the series as Daimon and Ana, hwile the cast also includes Elizabeth Marvel (Homeland) as Victoria Helstrom, Robert Wisdom (Ballers) as Caretaker, June Carryl (Mindhunter) as Dr Louise Hastings, Ariana Guerra (Raising Dion) as Gabriella Rosetti, Alain Uy (The Passage) as Chris Yen, David Meunier (Justified) as Finn Miller and Daniel Cudmore (X-Men: Days of Future Past) as Keith Spivey.

Although we’re yet to see anything from the series, rumours are circulating that Marvel and Hulu will unveil the first trailer for Helstrom during next month’s San Diego Comic-Con @ Home event.
