Deadline is reporting that former Lost star Josh Holloway is set to reunite with J.J. Abrams for Duster, a new drama series set up at HBO Max.
Duster takes place in the 1970’s Southwest and will see Holloway playing “a gutsy getaway driver for a growing crime syndicate that goes from awful to wildly, stupidly, dangerously awful.”
Abrams has co-written the series with LaToya Morgan, and is producing through his Bad Robot production company.
Since starring as James ‘Sawyer’ Ford in Lost, Holloway has went on to star in the TV shows Intelligence and Colony, along with films such as Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol and Sabotage. He was most recently seen in a recurring role in the third season of Yellowstone.
