The official Twitter account for Stargirl has shared a first look image from season two of The CW’s DC series, which reveals one of the new villains who’ll be going up against Brec Bassinger’s Courtney Whitmore in Eclipso.
Played by Nick Tarabay (Arrow), Eclipso is an ancient entity of corruption and vengeance who is described as “physically imposing and frightening. Brimming with a cold, terrifying darkness, Eclipso exploits the flaws of others, reveling in the impure and sinful, sadistically feeding off the dark side of humanity.”

Season two of Stargirl is set to premiere on The CW in the summer.
