Under The Shadow’s Babak Anvari lines up George Mackay, Kelly Macdonald & Hugh Bonneville for Netflix thriller I Came By

George MacKay (1917), Kelly Macdonald (Trainspotting), and Hugh Bonneville (Paddington) are set to headline Netflix thriller I Came By, which will be directed by the BAFTA winning filmmaker Babak Anvari (Under The Shadow, Wounds).

I Came By is a London set neo-noir thriller will follow a rebellious young graffiti artist who targets the homes of the wealthy elite but discovers a shocking secret that leads him on a journey endangering himself and those closest to him.

I Came By will be one the first titles off the conveyor belt for Netflix’s slate of UK productions that was especially commissioned by by Director Of UK Features Fiona Lamptey.

Babak Anvari will co-write and direct the thriller which will aim for a Netflix release sometime in 2022. Also featuring in the cast are Percelle Ascott (Tin Star) and Varada Sethu (I Came By).
