Jason Momoa, Patrick Wilson and James Wan mark end of filming on Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom

January 15, 2022 by Gary Collinson

Having kicked off principal photography this past June, Warner Bros. and DC Films’ Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom has now wrapped its production, with director James Wan taking to Instagram to mark the occasion with a photo from the Malibu set of the superhero sequel alongside stars Jason Momoa (Aquaman) and Patrick Wilson (Orm).

“A THOUSAND THANK YOUs to all the incredible crew who worked so hard and tirelessly on this picture,” writes Wan. “Especially the UK portion where we shot 95% of the film. Truly some of the finest artisans and craftspeople I’ve had the good fortune to work with. And big shout-outs to the amazing Hawaiian and Los Angeles units. I have a very long way to go before it will be ready, but I can’t wait to share this little film with you all.”
