Chris Pine is The Contractor in trailer for action thriller

Paramount has debuted a trailer, poster and images for director Tarik Saleh’s upcoming action thriller The Contractor which stars Chris Pine as a former Special Forces Sergeant who finds himself caught up in a dangerous conspiracy and on the run when an assignment with a private underground military force goes awry; take a look here…

Chris Pine stars in the action-packed thriller as Special Forces Sergeant James Harper, who is involuntarily discharged from the Army and cut-off from his pension. In debt, out of options and desperate to provide for his family, Harper contracts with a private underground military force. When the very first assignment goes awry, the elite soldier finds himself hunted and on the run, caught in a dangerous conspiracy and fighting to stay alive long enough to get home and uncover the true motives of those who betrayed him.

Joining Chris Pine in the cast of The Contractor are Ben Foster, Gillian Jacobs, Eddie Marsan, JD Pardo, Florian Munteanu and Kiefer Sutherland.

The Contractor arrives in cinemas and on digital platforms on April 1st.
