Netflix releases trailer for Harlan Coben crime drama Hold Tight

April 4, 2022 by Matt Rodgers

Following the success in adapting The Woods into a critically acclaimed drama, the second Polish series based on a best-selling Harlan Coben novel is heading to Netflix in April, with six-part drama Hold Tight picking up the threads of that story, while also weaving its own murder-mystery plot.

Hold Tight stars Magdalena Boczarska and Leszek Lichota, and is directed by Michał Gazda and Bartosz Konopka. It tells the story of a mother’s race-against-time search for her missing son in a small Warsaw community in which secrets seem to be rife; check out the trailer below…

The six-episode series is set in a wealthy housing estate, where the local community leads a quiet life with close relationships. Everything changes when 18-year-old Adam disappears without a trace. The danger escalates quickly, and the worried parents do everything they can to protect their children who, on the verge of adulthood, have decided to take matters into their own hands. Hold Tight is a dynamic, twist-filled thriller that, while not a sequel to The Woods, will feature the fate of several protagonists of Harlan Coben’s first screen adaptation.

Hold Tight hits Netflix on April 22nd, 2022.
