Video Review – Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery is a rare perfect sequel

November 23, 2022 by EJ Moreno

EJ Moreno with a video review of Rian Johnson’s Glass Onion…

Rian Johnson is undoubtedly a talented filmmaker, but he possibly did his craziest cinematic trick yet. Johnson may have crafted one of those rare sequels that stand up to the original and could even outshine it. With Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, we’re seeing one of the funniest scripts, a sharp satire, incredible aesthetics, and superb acting all whirlwind together for a near-perfect murder-mystery romp.

Following up the magic of Knives Out is no easy task, but Glass Onion is filled with non-stop laughs that critic EJ Moreno easily calls it the best comedy of 2022. Join EJ for a spoiler-free conversation on what will become one of Netflix’s strongest films.
