Video Review – Teen Wolf: The Movie (2023)

January 25, 2023 by EJ Moreno

EJ Moreno with a video review of Paramount+’s Teen Wolf: The Movie…

In its epic return, Teen Wolf returns with a new movie coming to Paramount+, and it doesn’t live up to its potential. Teen Wolf: The Movie sadly feels like a way-too-long episode of a series instead of an actual movie experience.

The budget feels low, and the stakes are even lower, but at least critic EJ Moreno finds the cast a highlight. Returning to this universe was a delight for the talent involved, and it oozes off the screen.

Check out the review below, and be sure to follow us on YouTube for more reviews, exclusive interviews, and other video content…

In Teen Wolf: The Movie, a full moon rises in Beacon Hills, and with it, a terrifying evil has emerged. The wolves are howling once again, calling for the return of banshees, werecoyotes, hellhounds, kitsunes, and every other shapeshifter in the night. But only a werewolf like Scott McCall, no longer a teenager yet still an alpha, can gather both new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they’ve ever faced.

Teen Wolf: The Movie sees the return of many of the original stars, including Tyler Posey, Tyler Hoechlin, Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig, Linden Ashby, JR Bourne, Colton Haynes, Melissa Ponzio, Crystal Reed, Vince Mattis, Orny Adams, Seth Gilliam, Ryan Kelley, Dylan Sprayberry, Khylin Rhambo, and Ian Bohen.

Teen Wolf: The Movie premieres on Paramount+ on January 26th.
