Apocalypse Clown trailer teases an end-of-the-world comedy

Vertigo has released a trailer, poster and images for the upcoming comedy Apocalypse Clown.

Directed by George Kane, the film follows a group of failed clowns as they embark on a trip of self-discovery across Ireland, attempting one last shot at doing what they love after a worldwide blackout causes chaos and anarchy. Watch the trailer below…

APOCALYPSE CLOWN tells the tale of a troupe of failed clowns and an ambitious reporter who embark on a chaotic adventure of self-discovery after a mysterious solar event plunges the world into anarchy.

The film stars David Earl, Natalie Palamides, Amy De Bhrún, Fionn Foley, Tadhg Murphy and Ivan Kaye.

Apocalypse Clown is set for release on September 1st.
