You’re not alone if you think Stranger Things is light on kills, especially with regards some of the main cast members.
We got quite the hot take from the actor behind fan-favorite Dustin Henderson, Gaten Matarazzo. As reported by CBR, the actor told a fan that things might need to get a bit bloodier in Hawkins.
Little was revealed during the panel, with Matarazzo jokingly telling a fan all he can say about Stranger Things 5: “We’re making it.”
But things got a bit personal when the actor got a chance to give his creative input after a question from the audience. A fan asks, “What changes would you make to the show if you could?”
Matarazzo gets candid with quite a fun response, “It might sound messed up, but we should kill more people. This show would be so much better if the stakes were much higher; like at any moment, any of these kids can kick it. I feel like we’re all too safe.”
80s icon Linda Hamilton is one of the only new actors confirmed to join the new season. Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gates Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, and Priah Ferguson are all expected to return.
There’s no set release date yet for Stranger Things‘ final season.
