Indie horror-comedy Werewolf Serenade shares trailer ahead of festival run

April 20, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

A trailer, poster and images have been released for Werewolf Serenade, the upcoming comedy from writer-director Daedalus Howell, who also stars as Peter MacTire, a burnt-out film professor who finds his life completely changed when he takes over as the Chair of the Parapsychology Department and is faced with an evil occultist and a fight to save both his marriage and the school; take a look here…

When the Chair of the Parapsychology Department at the Freestone School of the Arts turns up dead, burnt-out film professor Peter MacTire is asked to step in and complete his generously endowed research project. With the school’s fate —and his marriage — on the line, MacTire accepts, not knowing the task will bring him face-to-face with an evil occultist and transform his life forever.

Joining Howell in the cast are Emily Keyishian, Mark P. Robinson, Alia Beeton, Christopher Sawyer, Rapheal Gavin, and Natalie Crafts.

Werewolf Serenade will begin its festival run with a premiere at AVFest on May 4th, with a full released planned for October 2024.
