Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game adds a pair of horror icons with new DLC

IllFonic has released a brand-new DLC for their hit asymmetrical multiplayer game, Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game.  This new DLC brings two Hollywood horror icons, Elvira and Tom Savini, to Crescent Cove.

Killer Klowns From Outer Space is an iconic movie of the 80s, with its crazy characters and comedic killings and the game captures this amazingly well.  But IllFonic has upped the crazy by allowing players to step into the shoes of Elvira, Mistress of the Dark and Tom Savini.  Players will be able to hear the two characters scream, worry and even talk back to the Klowns.

Elvira, played by Cassandra Peterson, is a fictional horror hostess who first appeared during the 80s and has become iconic for her mix of gothic glam, cheeky humour and other more noticeable assets.  Since her first appearance introducing cheesy horror films and making fun of overused clichés she has appeared in films, comic books and even her own video game.  Elvira is the ideal female character to use throughout the spookiest month.

Tom Savini is a renowned special effects artist, actor, make-up and film-maker and has done much to influence the horror genre. His realistic gore effects and prosthetics in films such as Dawn of the Dead (1978) and Friday the 13th (1980) make him the ideal character to play during October.

This new DLC continues IllFonics commitment to providing entertaining content for Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game.  Look out for a brand new map coming to the game next month.
