Marvel Studios’ Vision series adds Ruaridh Mollica to cast

February 7, 2025 by Ricky Church

Marvel Studios has made a new addition to the cast of the upcoming Disney+ series Vision, following Paul Bettany’s robotic superhero after the events of WandaVision, with Deadline reporting Ruaridh Mollica (Sebastian) is the latest to join the series.

Vision will pick up on the character’s resurrection from WandaVision. The series will follow Vision as he tries to regain his memory and humanity following his death in Avengers: Infinity War and S.W.O.R.D.’s attempt to bring him back to life for their own purposes in WandaVision.

Mollica has just come off a series regular role in HBO’s The Franchise, which coincidentally followed the trouble and difficulties filmmakers, actors and producers endure in making big blockbuster superhero films. Details on his Vision character are being kept under wraps, but he will play a man named Tucker.

Mollica joins a cast that includes Bettany, James Spader reprising his Avengers villain role as Ultron, Faran Tahir as Raza, returning as the Ten Rings terrorist leader who kidnapped Tony Stark and kicked off the MCU in Iron Man, and Star Trek: Picard’s Todd Stashwick in a yet-to-be-revealed role.

Star Trek: Picard’s Terry Matalas is serving as showrunner for Vision, which has been tapped for a 2026 premiere on Disney+.
