Game of Thrones: Kingsroad sneak peek showcases the dangerous beasts of Westeros

February 13, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Netmarble has released a new sneak peek video for their upcoming action-adventure RPG, Game of Thrones: Kingsroad.  This new video gives gamers a chance to see some of the strange and dangerous creatures they will encounter in the game, including a look at fan-favourite dragon, Drogon, who will appear in the game as a Field Boss. Watch it below…

In Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, players will be able to join others in the multi-player mode “Altar of Memories” and battle some powerful and deadly monsters.  These include:

  • Ironbeak Griffins – A majestic creature that used to live in the valleys of the Westerlands.  They make their nests in abandoned mines and seek out prey from the surrounding lands.
  • Stormhorn Unicorns – More goat-like than horse, these rare creatures live on the island of Skagos. They use their deadly horn and enormous size to devastating effect in battle.
  • Ice Spiders – Rumoured to have been the mounts for the White Walkers as they swept through the Seven Kingdoms, these monsters use webs and powerful venom to capture their prey.
  • Red Cockatrice – A monster with a dragon-like body and a rooster’s head can make short work of an enemy using their razor-sharp claws and beak.

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad will launch later this year on Android, iOS devices and Windows Launcher on PC.
